You will receive the Bosch Vero descaling tablets in a blue pack. These are exactly the same tablets as in a white pack.

 

Description

In order to safeguard your valuable Bosch Vero machine, descaling with the 2-in1 descaling tablets is crucial. When you use your coffee machine, lime scale occurs. Lime scale shortens the lifespan of your Bosch Vero machine. The 2-in-1 Bosch VeroSeries descaling tablets are the excellent solution. 

Lime scale is produced when the water is heated in your coffee machine. This tap water contains lime. Small 'limescale flakes' are formed which get stuck to the water pipes of your Bosch Vero machine. The 2-in-1 function not only ensures that all the lime scale is removed from your Bosch Vero machine, but also that an additional protective layer is added after use. This protective layer enters the water pipes and makes lime scale less likely to settle.

The use of these tablets is safe and reliable.

 

Instructions

Your Bosch Vero can be descaled and cleaned at the same time.

You can follow the instructions below:
1. Press and hold the Calc'nClean button for 5 seconds.
2. Open the door, remove the drip tray and the coffee container, and rinse them clean.
3. Remove and clean the brewing unit.
4. Insert a Bosch Vero 2-in-1 cleaning tablet into the brewing unit and reinsert the brewing unit.
5. Refit the drip tray and the coffee grounds container and close the door.
6. Remove the water filter (if inserted).
7. Fill the empty water tank up to the mark with 0.5 l lukewarm water and dissolve a Bosch Vero 2-in-1 descaling tablet in it.
8. Replace the tank and place a large bowl (approx. 1 litre) under the outlet system.
9. Calc'nClean flashes, touch it. The program starts, cleans, and descales the device.
10. Calc'nClean pulses. This process takes about 20 minutes.
11. Empty the bowl, open the door, empty the drip tray, and reinsert.
12. Close the door and place the bowl under the outlet system.
13. Clean the water tank and reinstall the water filter (if you have removed it).
14. Fill the water tank with fresh water up to the 'max' mark and place the container under the outlet system again.
15. Calc'nClean flashes, touch Calc'nClean. The program starts, cleans, and rinses the unit.
16. Calc'nClean pulses. This process takes another 20 minutes or so.
17. Empty, clean and reinsert the drip tray and the coffee grounds container. The programme is finished. The machine is completely ready for use again!

Decalcify only:
If your Bosch Vero machine only needs to be descaled, you can follow the descaling programme of your machine.

Use with devices without a descaling program:
You can dissolve a Bosch VeroSeries 2-in-1 descaling tablet in 0.5 litres of water. Pour the solution into the water tank of your coffee machine or kettle. Switch on the machine and allow the descaling solution to run through. Make sure that this does not create too much foam (do not boil!). Then rinse thoroughly with clean water three times.

 

Note

The Bosch 2-in-1 VeroSeries descaling tablets have no cleaning effect. Purchase the Bosch VeroSeries 2-in-1 cleaning tablets for this purpose.
