Description
In every household, electric kettles, coffee makers, dishwashers or washing machines are used almost daily. Frequently used appliances that come into contact with water develop limescale. Although limescale is not detrimental to your health, it does shorten the durability of water heating machines. That is why it is necessary to regularly descale these machines.
Limescale forms when water is heated or boiled. Specifically, limescale forms when "hard water" is heated. "Hard water" contains a lot of calcium and magnesium ions and these become the small pieces of limescale that can end up in your tea or coffee.
Siemens coffee machines will display a message when it is time to descale the machine.
Instructions
Step 1. Pour 1 dose (100 ml) of Eccellente descaler for Siemens into the water reservoir.
Step 2. Add 500 ml of water to the reservoir and stir the solution.
Step 3. Follow the directions in the manual of your Siemens espresso machine.
Step 4. After descaling, wash the water reservoir with clean tap water and rinse your machine as described in the manual of your espresso machine.
Comments
The Eccellente Liquid Descaler for Siemens does not clean. For cleaning we recommend Siemens Cleaning Tablets.
