Descaling a Delonghi Magnifica in 4 steps:
1. Remove the water tank and take the water filter out. Add 100ml descaler (lime scale remover) and 1 liter clean water to the tank;
2. Press the descaling button for 3 seconds, place a large bowl under the steam nozzle and turn the switch;
3. Turn the switch back as soon as the light indicates that the machine is ready;
4. Empty the tank and fill it with clean water and again turn the switch.
The machine will now flush and after that is the descaling ready!
