Instructions
Replace the Eccellente water filter for De'Longhi after 2 months. There is a blue twist cap on top of the filter. On this you set the month for which the filter is placed in your coffee machine. So with a single glance at the water filter, you know when it needs replacing.
Install the Eccellente ECAM water filter using the following 3 steps
Step 1: Venting
Remove the Eccellente water filter from the packaging, shake the filter well and hold it upside down in a bowl of water for about 1 minute. This removes the air from the water filter.
Step 2: Inserting the filter
Empty the water tank. Insert the new water filter into the water tank, pressing firmly on the filter. Fill the water tank with water.
Step 3: Rinsing the filter
Drain two cups of hot water to flush the filter, excess carbon particles are removed from the water filter in this way.
Your coffee machine is now ready to use again, time for a delicious cup of coffee!
